What level of nicotine keeps you off of tobacco?

Should vendors list recommeded voltage/watt for thier jucies?
Maybe this has been covered already but i couldn't find anything. Should vendors start listing information on their juices on what the recommended voltage or watts recommended for ultimate flavor or at least what they R&D with to perfect their recipe? I realize taste/flavor is somewhat...
