What causes a VV board to burn?
Most regulators will shutdown before they get hot enough to do serious damage, however the chips life shortens everytime its overheats, I don't understand why I have never seen anyone selling mods with a heatsink on the regulator to cut down on heat and thus lengthening the chips lifespan. -

Hmm I gotta say the ultimate sleeper juice I like, was such a sleeper, that I think it was only given away as samples, and as such isn't made anymore, That would be NiteLiteVapor's Blue Moon, its a blueberry tobacco I have maybe a couple mils left and its close to a year old now. -

Pre-Steeped Juice (PSJ)
I would recommend The Vapor Rooms RY4, I find it similar to BWB RY4. Its not exactly the same but comes in a close second as one of my favorite RY4's, followed by TVR's Gingers Ry4. But these are also made to order, and not presteeped -

Actually being that its a dual coil 1.5 that's makes each coil 3ohms, so you would split the wattage between the coils, making it more like 10 watts.- Dj Xy

Actually its due to a flavoring used in both BWB RY4 and Ejoker being hard to get, thats the reason its never in stock, but don't worry, I have faith that the replacements will be just as if not more amazing than the originals. -
