    No, 28 will heat up faster because it provides less resistance than 32. Personally, when I want around 2Ω I tend to use 7 or 8 wraps of 30g. It puts me at about 1.9Ω.

    That isn't a clearo on top of the silver battery. To me, it looks very much like the Vision Eternity, which is an RBA/RDA. As for batteries, if you want it to be small-ish and still provide more power than your Volt, I'd agree with you and say to grab up a Twist/Spinner/what have you.
