    TH is pretty much cause by nic levels. Lower your nicotine levels a tad and you'll find that the TH will lessen, as well. It may also help with the chest warming. It may not. That, I don't know.

    As an aside, the cause could be a couple of reasons. It could simply be a faulty carto. It happens. It could also be that, while you filled it, it didn't yet have time to wick to the coil properly. Those are two possibilities. I won't claim to know for sure, but that's a couple of ideas.
