Can anyone help a newbie?
I find that the best method is to take a slow deep pull. Don't inhale it yet, just let it pool into your mouth like a cigar. Once you're done pulling, then open your mouth and inhale. That works best for me.- Glock Rock

It could be any number of things. The nic level may be too high for you, you might be allergic to PG, it could be that your body isn't used to the vapor, it could be your body scrubbing away all that crap that cigarettes put in there, etc. etc. Hopefully someone else can chime in on it.- Glock Rock
