Several coils can be used either as premade or rebuildables.
Joyetech has a CLR (rebuildable) coil for the Tron and Ego One tanks.
Eleaf has the ECR (rebuildable) coil for the Melo tanks.
Kanger has an RBA deck for the Subtank and Toptank.
Joyetech has an RBA for the cubis tanks.

You can take a few puffs upside down to help clear it (might get liquid in your mouth). I was talking about screwing the top back on after filling. Start screwing it on right side up. Once you have it screwed on enough to not leak out, turn it upside down to finish screwing in...
I put 3-4 drops down the center of the coil and a drop or two on the bottom holes. When filling, I start screwing the top back on and then turn it upside down to finish (keeps the air pressure from pushing more liquid into the coil). Still have to roll up a piece of paper towel and push down the...
I use glycerine from Walmart or CVS and about 3% distilled water. The flavoring is in PG and I use about 15% of that.
So for 50 mil it's:
1.5 mil DW
8 mil PG flavor
40.5 mil glycerine
I've been at this vaping thing for awhile now. I have learned that new and improved never is. I have also learned that they only make this stuff for about 6 months before they move on to some other shiny object.
So when I find something I like...you bet I stock up.
I need to remember this. Nobody ever asks me for a smoke, but often ask me for a light. Just a simple pack of matches would do...plus, you never know when you might need those in a survival situation.
I mostly vape unflavored as I believe it is closest to what I vaguely remember smoking to taste like. Sometimes I vape a very diluted pre-made fruit liquid.
In my experience, if it taste bad to you right away, it likely always will. Steeping can make an acceptable liquid better but can't make a...
Nothing wrong with the Pico mod. Likely need a spare battery and an external charger.
I'm not sure any of the tanks are what I would call beginners tanks. The 75w kit comes with a Melo III which might work. I'd recommend a nautilus tank 2 for a beginner.
Nothing wrong with mixing different...
If you are quitting cigarettes, there are gum changes with capillaries and stuff.
If you use a metal drip tip and are driving and vaping and hit a pothole...
I progressed up thru all of the normal steps until I got to relatively simple, single battery, wattage only box mods. That's where I stopped...and that was 3 years ago. KISS is a perfectly valid strategy.
I use unflavored about 200 mils per month in 4 Kayfuns. Run at 8-10 watts on 30ga kanthal. I honestly don't remember the last time I built a coil. I maybe have to rewick and burn one a couple of times a year, but even that is a rare ocurrance. My coils last years.
Sometimes it's just the liquid. I've had liquids that gunk coils in 1 tank full. I currently vape unflavored and get well over 100 mils thru any coil (including the STM). Definately try the rba and the Joyetech CLR tanks are a good recco.
