The centre post plastic stop should stop the centre pin touching any negative parts. The o rings keep the pin in position and help stop any juice flowing down. -

Need some help with my GGTS and 510 atty
Can you post a picture? Also have you tried just dripping juice onto the atty instead of the cart? Whichever way you do it, you shouldn't have to bend anything. -
