Itll work out just keep plugging away. Most of us has been there in one form or another, put your determination and effort you did in to working threw school and something will open up.
No with a torch If you take a piece of carbon steel and clamp it to SS cut threw the carbon first the oxidation will carry right on threw the stainless.
If you use a guide and make a nice smooth cut you can grind way the transfer easily also. You may not always have access in the field to a plasma.
I think people who dont sub ohm are foolish for not taking full advantage of the capabilities of the hardware they have. Why would you be content with yesterday vaping equipment of shallow flavor and whisps of vapor when you can get so much more kinda like horse riders scoffing at a Ford driving...

another thing if you leave your batteries unattended I do it all the time put them in a pyrex dish then if the worst happens you just have a smelly house for a few days.
It seems like alot at first when your confronted with all of this information but it becomes habit and routine. Your doing the smart thing and asking lots of questions so you get a big atta boy from me!
You would be good at 20 amps but if you spend a few more dollars and get 30 amp batteries you cant go wrong thats for sure
