You've received good replies thus far. I'll add that on occasion, with a new device, upon first disassembly a seal (o-ring) may become unseated or stick to the wrong surface or fall off all together. If this happened the tank will leak.
I'll also add that a little cracking and popping and...
Is the coil resistance over 0.2 ohm?
I hope you are not feeling a little like this guy(from 2 years ago)... The Cloupor T5 – My $100 Mistake | onVaping
The coil(s) should be surrounded by cotton and will only touch the casing where it grounds. You mention RDA in your post, are you using a rebuildable coil? Or the T8?
Sometimes simply removing the tank and reattaching it will clear an error message. Cheers.
EDIT...And a big WELCOME to ECF!!!
I beg to differ in that too low a wattage will result in liquid not vapourizing and so building up excess. Also drawing without firing or doing "primer puffs" will serve to pull More liquid into the coil.
The 2 combined will add to spit-back. The other suggestions may be valid.
Making a...
I like variety too. 500ml. for mixing into. Pour into 120ml. 120 ml. gets transferred to 50ml. bottles for day to day. And 50ml. for pouring into 20ml. bottles for on the go.
All Plastic.
When I fill the last 120ml from the 1/2 liter bottle I get my supplies to make another batch.
Edit...The...
Maybe try higher wattage, more open airflow and a softer pull. The Cubis is known to be a little "juicy".
Others may have better suggestions, I do not own one. Cheers!
Yes! The battery will take what it needs. 1 amp is fine. Too low a mah rating on the wall wart and too high a demand from the battery would cause the wall wart to overheat.
I use 2 and 3 amp wall warts regularly, they generate less heat.
Cheers.
There are a couple things to consider here.
As soon as we press the fire button we are generating heat, enough to vapourize liquid.
If airflow is restricted the device will heat up quicker than if there is plenty of cooling air passing through the coil.
Some tanks are beefier than others...
Provari was my first device 5 years ago. It's still in perfect shape.
Any tank will work on the Radius but the coils used must be at least 0.3 ohm or higher.
When I got my radius I opted for the 60 watt version. I use it only at 30 watts regularly, it's a good vape at 30.
If you want a more...
There is a chart in Mooch's blog here... https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blog-entry/18650-battery-ratings-picking-a-safe-battery-to-vape-with.7447/ ...any battery listed that's been tested to provide 20 amps or more. The actual discharge rate of the battery is in the green columns. Cheers.
I simply rinse well and shake out excess.
Set on paper towel for 10 min.
(upside down to drain, no cap or dripper)
Pick-up and shake out again.
Dry off, fill, cap, done. Cheers.
The istick 40 is a nice small one. 2600mah built in batt.
Mine's over a year old now and shows no signs of giving up.
Eleaf iStick 40W TC Temperature Control Mod - Black
It does TC but runs great in wattage mode. A single charge should last you close to 2 days I'd think. Cheers.
Just to be sure...this helped leaking issues I was having with other tanks.....
Top fill with airflow closed...
Turn tank upside down...
Open airflow...
Use as normal.
If you haven't been doing this it might help. Cheers.
If flavours are still allowed in liquids but not allowed to be described in any way on the label, it will simply mean the shop will need a separate binder with the entire line-up listed along with flavour profiles for each liquid. It is already being done this way due to the wacky names on some...
If you discover the PG is in fact the issue finding high VG liquids at 80% VG and higher will not be an issue and should minimize your discomfort....
However if you find it is the VG that causes your concern you will likely need to go full on DIY (as I did) because finding liquids with 80% and...
It is not necessary you purchase and entire gallon of each PG and VG. Any decent compounding pharmacy will get you a pint/500ml. of PG usp for around 7-8 dollars. I call around to find my nearest supply and have them order it in for me. It saves a trip.
Wally World has even smaller bottles of...
