    Maybe i just got lucky, I vaped an ego and a vision spinner for well over a year. When I was looking to convert into a more 'heftier' mod, it was mostly due to me wanting more battery life. I'd like to say I was sort of 'satisfied' with the way I was vaping, lower power vaping on ego batteries...

Only the well-off people would be able to vape, some of us would have to save for a while to buy devices and even then it would be like throwing what? 400$+ on a device.
