+1 to what K9 said! The smileo is just like a big cart.... easy to fill, even without a syringe (however, I use one for the initial fill, but only because I am super lazy).... I just drip to refill. To me, they do change the taste of the juice slightly from what it would be in a tank, but not...- MystStick

Shelly, I am not really good at being descriptive, but I shall try to help. The small and medium DAV's are almost exactly the size of a 3.5 ml tank system... meaning the tanks fit really flush on them. Yes, I have one and really like it. So far I am a little over a month on mine, but I have two and swap them out during the day.
