    koala- try lifting the gasket up and releasing the air, sounds like an air pressure problem. How are you filling it? I turn it upside down and fill with a needle until almost to the hole in the carto.

    Update- New mouthpieces are being made! WOOHOO And in answer to the wire question, this is the quote from my supplier... Wire is on the up of cart. so it doesn't matter even if the bottom connector turned . Wire would never get broken. Thanks everyone for your patience with this. Stormy

    I have been out of the loop for a few days but have spoken to my supplier about this issue, they have an improved mouthpiece in the works. Without a doubt, these are a great cartomizer and this issue will be resolved soon.

    The 1.8ohm may be a bit low for the higher volts, I have 2.2 and 2.5 ohm on the way as we speak. :)

    The wick is in the coil, the replacement part has the coil and the wick. The taste is very clear! It's a great carto! I just saw your edit, IMO, they are the best!
