    Why don't you try this... Stick your tongue in the microwave for 30 seconds till it feels real warm, then squeeze a couple of drops on it and very fast roll your tongue forming a tube and suck air in your lungs. I am pretty sure it will work and you will not need any "device" to be able to vape!!
