    I pushed the coils closer together. That helped tremendously. But it is still not producing enough vapor. The throat hit is spot on now though.

    A friend suggested that I space the coils closer together. It helped a lot.

    I started low and kept going up until I got a little bit of vapor. Even at low voltage it gave a big throat hit. I stopped going up at 8v because it was too much Should I try building a new coil?

    Nope, it didnt help. Still lots of throat hit and not much vapor.

    Thanks for trying to help. I twisted it slightly and it helped a little. But its still not producing as much as I'd like.

    So I made my first coil today. I got it to come out to 2.7 ohms on my first try. It looks pretty good. I used fiberglass wick. The throat hit was insane and it produced very little vapor.     I'm not a chemist. lol It depends on what it is made out of. The nic may leach chemicals out of it. Also, it would be better to store nic in smaller bottles.
