Maybe you can help-- Disposable?
Unless you're really not sure if vaping is for you I wouldn't fuss with a disposable. The cheapest I've seen is around $10 you can get a decent kit for $30. The regular ones perform longer, generally better and you get much more flexibility as earthpig mentioned above.- ShannonA

The problem is when it comes to the question of legality it is what they are manufactured and sold as that will matter. If e-cigs really were included in the law and you were caught that bar owner would've been held responsible as well. Now if it was just his rule as the property owner...- ShannonA

I'd make sure to take the phone with you and if the officer does show up ask him if that was the phone you had with you before you even mention records. If he says yes your records should go farther.
