    Only thing that bothers me is here threads that don't just get locked they get completely deleted.... When its deleted you lose the reference info to the topic... Locking them from time to time I understand, no need to beat a dead horse but the complete deletion baffles me.

    No offense but you seem to really be dragging your feet on this. The sooner you contact your CC company the more likely things will work in your favor. Why wait till Tuesday? CC companies have people there 24hrs aday 365 days a year.
