Playing catch-up post happy hour so sorry if I miss anything: Stevo, sorry for your loss bud. Memories are what last and help us persevere. Keep them up front and know your family here is supporting you!! Re; sidewinder o rings, there should absolutely be three, two for the tank, top / bottom...

Yep, right about the same time that fateful night for me... They didn't ship nearly as fast as these Cobalts will either. :) I think that night also took several years off of Mike's life unfortunately.

I can guarantee, this will be nothing like the good ol' Midnight Madness sale. I'm vaping away on my SS Mini right now in remembrance.

Nope, not a problem. Thats just one of the "newer" springs. Older ones were shiny, newer ones are not. Likely to increased unicorn sinew content. The only distinct advantage of the shiny spring, is that its MUCH easier to find on dark carpet if you drop it. I've confirmed this myself by...

I'll admit, I have absolutely no reason to, but I'm still considering it... I had one that I parted with, and still mildly regret letting go..

You should be able to snag one locally easily, but if bit, PM me and I'll drop one in the mail for you. I have to make a postal run tomorrow anyway.

just looked at that kit and I will get one for sure ...is this what is included in with the standard....cause i got none of that...not complaining at all just trying to be clear. No, those are replacement kits. There should have been only one insulator. Already installed, so you may not even...

If nobody else will take it, PM me. I'll temporarily adopt it. (I'm not being sarcastic, 100% serious. :)) Maybe Jason would even hold a blem aside for you for keeping this one in the family. I'm sure everyone here would support that. :toast: EDIT: If we do this, I would absolutely pass it to...

Well, that'd be, just, a shame..... If you don't want the BAM, how about passing it along to someone who'll cherish it and grab a blemished cOBalt to refinish? There are many here in the family who'd absolutely love to have the BAM, and that finish took several different anodizers to get... To...

Not that you asked for any form of recommendation (you're getting it anyway), strongly consider the Sidewinder... Same performance, completely different form factor. I've said it before, I'll say it again, mine gets used daily. They all get heavy use, but its the only one that I can truly say...

Yeah, its not that I obviously don't have backups (see sig...), but I've completely moved away from electronics of any kind at this point. Until (and I say until, because you're now part of the Zen~ addiction) you get another APV, its probably worth keeping the ProVari / ZAP combo at least as a...

I'm not sure that what came on my Sidewinder would even be considered a coil... If QC can't be improved, maybe its time for Mike to stop offering them with pre-wrapped coils. They used to be outstanding, which was great for beginners. These days there are less and less buyers who have...

We all learned someplace. I had a ProVari with carto's etc when I got my first mechanical genesis, I know the feeling of diving into the unknown, as do most of us who have been around since early on. Honestly, you're going to love it. I NEVER thought my ProVari would have sat idle, turns out it...

Since its fully mechanical, it doesn't have any form of cut-off... You will absolutely notice enough of a change in vape when its time for a fresh battery. I had the same question when I got my first fully mechanical, all I can give you is the same trusted advice I was given: Just Vape It. :)

Ripping that part out of an old carto as mentioned in other responses is my preferred method as well. Its a great fit, and is "thinner" which allows you to use more wicking material ("fatter" wick). Just personal preference. OEM replacements can be found here: ElectronicStix.Com · Zenesis...

There are no dumb questions, only dumb statements, that's what I was always told. Mine's full of juice so I can't pull the tank at the moment, but there's probably room between the two o-rings (the one for the top of the tank, and the one for the top cap) to put another thinner diameter...
