Slight battery movement in the Zen APV's is perfectly normal when not being fired. There's a little room to support battery production variances.
I'm surprised you have any rattle in the Orion given the spring in there. Makes sense that its the same firing or not though since its an electronic...

I did see your post on that. I think that'd be pretty cool, just not sure how well it would be maintained outside of a select handful.
I'd also like to be able to get the production quantities in the table on the wiki, but I don't confidently recall enough of them to start filling that in.
Watch what kind you get if you use gorilla glue. That stuff expands like no tomorrow.
I do know that Mike (Zen) tightened one for someone at vapercon by putting a tiny piece if a business card in with the plastic piece to keep it from turning, but I never had any problems as long as that...
Jason said they were to be shipped to him (springs) Wednesday of this past week, not sure if they are in transit or not, but hoping they'll be available some time this coming week.
