    A very slight gap is normal, but not much. I have to loosen my top cap to turn the lock ring. I can post a pic of mine where the tank meets if you'd like.

    Oh, no doubt. its easy to throw some ideas to the wall. I'm still amazed by the magic you guys do on every one of them after that happens. If anyone wants a stick figure LE, I can draft the artwork, but that's where it ends for me.
