    I would expect a 100+ fan page for this RBD, it is truly perfect for beginners with the Fastech coils you don't even need to buy Kanthal. The two positive terminal is brilliant to me escpecially with set screw holes instead of trying to tuck a wire under a screw.

    The taste is magical. I appreciate all the advice in this thread. I think part of my problem was using off brand cotton pads, they were highly compressed and not very cottony. I also added the ring of cotton around the top this time. Its working like a charm.

    I had a tank full of my latest net and followed a lot of advice in this thread. This morning just when it started dry- hitting as usually happens I put it down. Tonight I'm 2 hours on it without issue. Perhaps I'm not soaking the wick enough at start?

    One trend I think I notice is if there is a whistle/gurgle sound at the get go the coil will burn the cotton within an hour. If it is a clean sound on the intake it is usually a winner. I don't know what that means.
