All RTAs, even the Ares, rely on both effects, capillary action and the difference in pressure. Some are affected more by one rather than the other, which is why "sky decks" don't really need a JFC but they can still definitely flood. -

I wasn't talking about the flooding, just the vape quality. I don't get any flooding either way. Fill up to the top, screw the cap but leave 2 turns. Flip it upside down and finish screwing the cap and it never floods. -

I have to mention that I'm getting a better vape by wrapping my coil at 2.5mm, compared to a 3mm beforehand. Of course it is Ti so it increases in diameter slightly after wrapping, closer probably to 2.7mm. -

I was very critical of all these 24mm tanks initially but after my Berserker I made a u-turn. Just because we made a design decision with 22mm a while ago it doesn't mean it was the right one. -

That's not what I meant. The Siren V2 for example changed quite a bit from what was first presented on the website, until it shipped. I did not mean that there was any malicious intent. -

Yes that is where I got my info from as well, however they made no mention of it in their presentation, which is why I'm skeptical. Chinese vaping companies often promise things on their websites that don't materialise. -

The Berserker and V2 at the smallest setting are very tight MTL draws, which is what I prefer but I find myself bumping up to the larger ones quite often. I believe what they're releasing is closer to the tightest option of the Siren V1. I think it has more to do with the fact that they're... -

You mention being a MTL vaper predominantly yet when you mention rebuildables your favourite ones are Narta, Narba, Narda. Overpriced and definitely not true MTL devices. So any concerns you may have are null and void if these are your MTL devices. I'm not trying to be negative here it's just... -

It's very leak-proof, provided you wick it well. I fill mine up with the JFC fully open and don't get any sign of flooding. -

Without any photos of the build it's harder to diagnose. You are correct that it could be too little cotton, thus feeding too much juice to the coil which heats up but doesn't vapourise, which leads to small vapour production and hot chamber. However, he should have noticed significant gurgling... -

Use less turns, 6 turns 3mm is what I use. You have way too much coil in there and not enough air is getting through, thus the small vapour production and it getting warmer. -

I vape strictly MTL which doesn't consume that much juice. The Berserker has a really tight draw and 2ml and if I fill it up I can leave the house without worrying about carrying a bottle with me. :D :D :D -

So, myexperience so far Round 0.5mm spaced coil, 5 turns. Very easy to fill and no gurgling on 2 refills so far. However, this thing unscrews so easily that it's just as clean and simple to bottom fill. The airflow is perfect, no more I can say here. The flavour is also amazing, probably...
