Another board to contend with, the DNA 75c

Can't wait for them to release this. No more need to run escribe through a VM. Funnily enough it will fit easier in my 3D printed case than the DNA60s, since it's all built into one board :D

Another board to contend with, the DNA 75c

I've built several DNA60 3D printed mods. A few DNA200. This one is definitely more exciting. Let's hope they have decent availability.

Another board to contend with, the DNA 75c

Evolv-based products have the capacity to provide just that via TC control, assuming the mod has a good 510 connection and you're using a decent atomiser with stable resistance. It's vastly superior in the sense that it can provide a consistent and much safer experience. Escribe and all the...

    Digiflavor Siren GTA

#1 and #3 were also going to be my recommendations as well and basically the only things that make this the ideal tank for me. I would also prefer a shorter 2-3ml version; MTL doesn't burn through a lot of juice and shorter tanks just look much nicer.

Anyone have good photos of the Black Tilemahos Armed?

    GG Tilemahos Armed

Those look very nice glass tanks. If only we could get the wings instead of the GG, laser engraved, penelope v1-style. :D

    Digiflavor Siren GTA

I love my 22mm Siren. I use it more than my Rose, Tilemahos and other atomisers that cost 5x more. I only wish they would make a shorter version :D

    High end RTAs

Mine doesn't whistle either but I wish it had a tighter draw :( Cant wait to try the Odis 16mm.

Hussar RTA single coil deck (attack of the clones)

The length of the chimney definitely plays a role in terms of flavour, particularly for MTL, as well as temperature. However, the diameter of the chimney is just as important. A longer chimney will decrease flavour. How much depends on your wattage, draw, coil setup etc. To make things...

Kayfun V.3 mini alternative (MTL only)

The origen tiny tank has amasing flavour but it's a pain to fill and it has a plastic tank. The Armed is really good, it has a steel tank option and a glass coming out soon. Hussar is apparently also quite good. If you want something on the cheap side, the Digiflavor Siren 22mm is just as good...

Hope they're doing well. They've definitely made an effort and invested a good deal in it. Looks really good!

    GG Tilemahos Armed

Glass tank is a very welcome addition. Maybe time to buy one :D

    Splurged for new mod

But this is not really a custom mod. It's a generic Hammond box with maybe some paint and cheap engravings. A custom mod is expensive because the design work and machining during prototype phase and even production is expensive. But at least you end up with a customised shape. Stabilised wooden...

    Splurged for new mod

$300 for a Hammond box mod. Ouch!

    High end RTAs

And it now appears that he'll be realeasing glass tanks in about 2 weeks so maybe it's time for me to try out the Armed and more specifically its improved springomizer with TC :D

    High end RTAs

I actually like the excessive use of O-rings on GG atomisers. He uses them in a smart way. If only we could get a glass tank :D

New studies find carcinogens in vg and pg at high temps, even in tootle puffers

It's simple physics and yes pretty much that, I mentioned a few pages back that it is a good indication of the accuracy of Evolv TC devices. As a side note, the most accurate TC device I've tested to date is the Dicodes chipset; if only they had a decent UI. Basically, water boils at 100C. You...

    High end RTAs

Congrats @Mark Todd on your anniversary. I don't really have one because I started vaping about 6 years ago but was never a smoker before that; I hated it in fact. I remember in the early days vaping outside my student hall, next to all the smokers. I used mostly 306 atomisers back then and...

New studies find carcinogens in vg and pg at high temps, even in tootle puffers

Not really, since it is an open system. Roughly speaking, you could approach something close to a constant gradient in a TC device but even then you're making lots of approximations and assumptions.

New studies find carcinogens in vg and pg at high temps, even in tootle puffers

Actually you get vapour before the liquid starts to "boil". You provide energy to the the liquid, hence altering it's vapour pressure, thus passing into the gas state below its boiling point. It gets a bit complicated because we're not talking about a closed system, which is why I dislike the...
