    The Volts I just bought have the rubberized coating as well. And sealed to boot. I continue to use V4L for their liquid because I'm hooked on it and it continues to be reasonably priced. I usually don't have a lot of cash on hand, so I can't place a $150 - $300 order to get those big discounts...
