    The 2 times I was approached by a vaper in the wild it was at dinner and both were out of juice! Totally reminded me of the days of "bumming a smoke" so now I follow a modified code. If I have over 5 ml's, or am about to go home to my juice box, my juice is a needy vapers juice!
