    Yes I definitely do that ritual. A gentle roll in the fingers loosens it up and evens out the pouch. The other thing I've noticed is that wetting the portion with my tongue gets the nic flowing sooner.

    Mine arrived today. So far so good but I'll give a detailed report after a tank or two. I did not know how many drops to prime it and I over primed it with about 6 drops total. I think 3 would have been enough. It gurgled for a few hits then settled down. Update later.

    Your results sound very typical. Quite good actually. Not every hit will be perfect. 95% is a good number. An occasional drip out the bottom is common. As for burning, unless the vapor tastes burnt, then no.

    The filler in Iken cartos is much more dense than other brands. On the first fill of a new Iken carto, much patience is required on the fill, and on the soak. The method above is a good one. I personally use a syringe to prime Iken cartos. And give it a good 30 minute soak.

    I have not tried it but it looks very interesting. Since it is fillerless, does it have better flavor than a standard carto? I'm so tired of defective cartos I'd really like to find a good replacement.
