    From Newb to Beyond...

Provari (there, for search purposes ;) ) An "Atomized Cartridge" or cartomizer is designed to be used on it's own. It has a coil and the filler matial in it and you fill it up and vape till it's close to empty and fill again. For many this would not last very long and were tired of re-filling...

    Phoenix rebuildable atomizer (clone)

weak vapor production is most likely due to the air hole being in front of one of the posts once the cap is screwed on. One suggestion is to put a lil bit bigger o-ring (a drip tip o-ring works nicely) on the base so you can position the air hole in between the posts(aiming right at the coil)...

New Kid is frustrated with vaping

I started out with this: Phoenix Rebuildable Atomizer - Clone Dude, $9.....I mean c'mon, it just doesn't get any cheaper than that to get started in the rebuilding scene. This atomizer is great for learning coils on. It is a dripping type rebuildable but the "juice well" holds like...

    Choices of Rebuildable Atomizers

I found mine on the classifieds, brand new, unused with every option part including the "Ghost Protocol" tank parts for $110. A buddy of mine was also interested and found him one on the same classifieds used with all parts except the clear ghost tank for $65. Just post a wanted ad, I bet you...

New Kid is frustrated with vaping

I would say you have a pretty dang good jump on the game if you have only been at it for a few months. I can say with near certainty the with more time you will find a setup/combination that is reliable, repeatable and "just works". This does, however, come with a price. You will have to gut...

    Prodigy is discontinued

Hmmm, Wonder why the Puresmoker products don't have quite the following that they should :( I was using a prodigy V3 withe the V3.1 upgrade for over 2 years and took it to hell and back and to me it was the greatest thing ever. I ended up getting into rebuilable atomizers and recently upgraded...

    Mechanical Mod Recommendations

I just got a Puresmoker Legacy mini off the classifieds. I sold my older Puresmoker Prodigy V3 once I got my Provari and as much as I love the Provari I did miss my trusty Prodigy. Not sure why more people don't recommend the Puresmoker mods but I will tell you this from my experience, I used...

    G-Tank-US-CO-OP Support Thread - Part 2

I usually like my coils at 3.3ohm -ish or higher and anywhere between 5.3 and 6v. Problem seemed that 36g wire seemed to thin and always had way too red a "tail" at the POS post and cooked. Tried out some 32 and and it took soooo many wraps to get a resistance I liked that the whole atty would...

    G-Tank-US-CO-OP Support Thread - Part 2

Hey all crazy atomizer mad scientists, I am still loving the ole G-Tank US and I think I have found my good setup. I have become pretty decent and oxidizing a wick and have ended up using this method (sans cotton part, I never really get any shorts): GTUS build with Mesh/Cotton hybrid wick -...

    Kanthal Wire

kinda depends on yer battery voltage, everybody has their "sweet spot". 3.7v maybe start at the 1.8 - 2.2 ohm range, 6v prolly 3ohm or higer. If you have a vv device it makes it a bit easier to experiment with and adjust voltage if you made yer coil a lil too high/low resistance. Be careful...
