Older houses are always fun. When I did the tear out of our kitchen in the city for the remodel, the water supply lines where four inches from the base of the wall. (WTH?) Upon further inspection under the house, I found out why. We have two 12x16 floor joist's for the main support...- distortoblotto

I5 runs right through it. 30-40 min south of Seattle depending on traffic. Best time to travel during the day is from 10am to 2pm or after 7 at night. ;) During and or around rush hour fergeddaboutit! :?:- distortoblotto

Plug that tube with an old non- squonk center pin while filling and tightening then pinch the tube with nylon tweezers for the install. ;)- distortoblotto

Feel your pain as well Beez...this is just the demo phase. 40' carport, couple of out buildings and a crap ton of fencing. Then the remodel starts on the house, pool and landscaping will go in and then most important part, the two story Shop/Man Cave will get completed. :) Just picked up the...- distortoblotto
