Oh, isn't it just that one person? I thought it was. Most of these vape companies are small businesses, so they have excellent customer service. The sooner that person requests a replacement the sooner they get a working one, and has one less thing to worry about. -

I would definitely stop trying to speculate on that and just ask for a replacement. Weak battery when 50% is left sounds like a defect, and you're the only one reporting it. -

Thanks Debik. I was also looking at the ipv d2 until I saw that it had a proprietary charging cable. That would have been a deal breaker for me. The VTC Mini looks like a solid device. My Pico just went from 4.14v to 4.18v in the last 30 minutes. Never gotten to 4.18 before though. Maybe it's just the battery "breaking in?" I think I've gotten my answer though based on the replies. 4.2v = 100% 3.8v = 50% 3.2v = Low Voltage Warning 3.0v = Dead (if it doesn't cut off at before...- aznnp77

So I guess what you're saying is the device will shut off at be dead around 3.0 volts? The battery doesn't seem to drain proportionally. I just pulled my istick off the charger at 4.15 volts to go outside for some quick puffs at 7 watts and it dropped down to 4.04 when I got back to my desk...- aznnp77

That's sad for the next generation that most of the premade coils these days are based off of the "Aspire" style, which can't be rebuilt easily. I saved a ton of money rebuilding my Kanger Protank coils after the first month. With my sweet, dark juices, a coil would only last me 2.5 days tops... -

If you love your 30w and don't need more power, and your battery life is doing okay I don't think you need to upgrade. The Pico feels fine, but it's wider. It feels solidly built though. The signal on it is smoother as well because it doesn't have as much pulse width modulation as the 30w... -
