Ugh... my precious self stayed up till almost 6 playing that game! And it'll probably happen again tonight. I'm hooked. No doubt about it.
The Andyman is gorgeous! If I were to ever get a Ti, I'd go for the Andyman. :hubba:
It must have been on sale or something. Price was the reason he got it instead of the Atari we really wanted. That or my dad has some explaining to do!
I don't know if kids these days would know what an Intellivison was... but I'll take it!
Also, I said if BurgerTime was a ripoff - sheesh!
My dad wouldn't buy us an Atari so we had an Intellivison. So, I got to play the "alternate" versions of popular games - Lock n Chase for Pac Man etc... BurgerTime (not sure what that was a rip off of if it was) I don't remember if there was one for Astroids - I remember my dad glued game...
It's oddly addictive - I played till 5 am this morning but didn't really do anything... very weird. And why do I even like it - the graphics are supposed to be charming I guess but... they're still bad graphics.
Well, sometimes Cappy overreacts when it comes to his facial hair - I'm sure you'll be repromoted in no time! Weren't you working your way up to the crow's nest?
That's funny - I grew up on Metallica, Motley Crue, Ratt etc... but I do like the stuff hubby likes now. Also, we're both big gamers. I think we'd get along. :)
Okay, I'm kinda starting to think we might need to hang out. The Cure and Depeche Mode are two of my hubby's very favorite bands and Muse is up there (except for their newest album).
I like them too but he's a music freak. You should see his music collection. Ridiculous.
Prom is weird - people who didn't go seem to wish they had - people who did go see it as a night they could have done without. At least in my case, we went to prom, stood in line for 2 hours, had our picture taken and left. Nothing special about it except we got to dress up.
