Basically you have 3 voltages that are used for ecigs: 3.7 (stock), 5v, and 6v. The higher voltages allow the atomizer to burn hotter and therefore better vaporize the juice. This results in a better throat hit, more vapor, and more nicotine hit. I believe that 6v is attained by using 2 3v...
Just thought I would add a little tip for those vaping the cafe flavors. I added some of the Ecopure English toffee from cignot to my cafe mocha and it's soooo much better now. It really smoothed out the slightly chalky flavor that's inherent in chocolate flavors. Added bonus: The pure VG...
Other 5v mods:

The VP passthrough (currently out of stock)
Xhaler
And finally, there is a 5v version of the Bartleby. PM cybervex or email him at cybervex@gmail.com. Just don't call it a 5v Bartleby or you'll get fussed at
according to the instruction manual, about 4-5 days for a full charge (yikes!). but it does include a usb cord for charging (around 5 hours). personally i think this would be a good alternative to a car charger as you'll free up the DC charging plug for other things.
Ah good ol' Opelousas.. My mom's family is not far form there (Eunice, originally from Mamou). I love heading out that way on occasion when things get a bit hectic and I need to get away. Sure wish I could make it for Mardi Gras this year :(

I highly recommend it. Just the visual personalization options are awesome. This is what mine looks like currently, but I'm waiting on this one to be released.
EXACTLY what I did lol (without all the nice cars tho :(). Computers are just a much cheaper hobby. Currently have a '00 Civic Si that's waiting on me to get the tax return so I can put a new tranny in it.

The combination of the denseness of the foam and the first few drops may be creating a seal and trapping air in the bottom portion of the cart. How many drops are you getting in before full? From empty in a 510 cart, you should be getting 12-14 drops in.
As far as the blue foam mod goes, I believe the atty's don't get hot enough to melt the foam at stock voltage. If you ever go with a HV mod, however, you may want to consider the ZFM or just dripping.
