With respect, the reverse battery protection in the ProVari has always been physical ( recessed positive contact). The P3 is the first ProVari to have electronic reverse protection. This was made quite clear in the post you responded to. -

And yet I've met lots of people who bought $100 "starter kits," that contained, at most, $20 worth of electronic garbage. I've never met anyone who, after handling and trying a ProVari, didn't feel that it wasn't worth the money. ...whether they choose to spend their money on a ProVari... -

In some cases I'm sure that's true, but I think often the clones are built from promotional pictures of prototype units. I've seen a few instances of "we decided not to use that font/logo in the production version" but the clones have the "old" logo/font. The chinese have turned industrial...- PLANofMAN

Infinite products tend to be of equal (or higher) quality than the original. The SXK V2 Kayfun I have is higher quality than it's Svoemesto counterpart. What's the stupidest thing you did due to vaping?
rebuilt a Kayfun, used cotton wick, then decided to check the ohms on my ProVari before filling it with liquid. Instantly burned the cotton to ash. Re-wicked it, calling myself all kinds of a fool, and test fired it on the mech before adding liquid. Was once again treated to the smell of burning...- PLANofMAN
