    I quit cold turkey and relapsed after 10 years. As long as I'm vaping that won't happen again. In the mean time I enjoy vaping, it's free, don't see any health reason to stop, and not sure how hard that would be.

    For the 6 months of summer I walked 2 x 1 hours daily. Resting heart rate declined from low 60's to low 50's. Over two years of better diet and exercise lowered blood pressure from low 160's to low 120's. The way I see it stopping smoking was necessary before I would ever do the other things...

    Stopping smoking didn't make me healthy, just less unhealthy. I think the best thing vapers can do to defend vaping is finish the job, diet, exercise, lose the weight, look the part.

    What I like about the Pico form factor is ease of pocket carry and steath. The taller mods are okay at home and in the car but not great on foot.

    I heard a report that Shenzen is now "shut down" by the government. People won't be going to work and all forms of shipping are disrupted. I suspect employees won't be returning to Fastech on Feb 10th. American retailers may find their orders are delayed too.

    I'm having the same Pico screen problem you report and was hoping they would be the backbone of my stash. The next closest mod is the Pico X, which uses a different chipset. Might be worth getting one of those for a trial. Does anyone here have a Swag II? Is that one worth considering?
