This News agency says illness caused by flavors... smh

Point of order: We used to call it journalism. Today we call it media.

Reynold American files for FDA review of e-cigarette

What's ironic to me is kids can't be attracted by flavors or nicotine if they've never experienced them. What attracts them is the visible vapor. Take that away and nobody is attracted to smoking or vaping. Tobacco sales are $800- one trillion a year world wide and governments take a very...

    Are you done stocking up?

At some point may be there'a a good argument for ending the "temporary" bans. We're also waiting to see how much consumer blow back there is and what they try to get around the bans. May be the ruckus will be enough to persuade governments that the blanket bans aren't worth the trouble they...

    Are you done stocking up?

I'm checking my current nic consumption to compare with my nic stash. To figure out how much nic I'm using I made the measuring stick with the engraver I operate at work. I filled the bottle with water then removed it with a graduated syringe and measured the level with a dial caliper then...

    Are you done stocking up?

On twitter #vapeban I believe but may be this link will work. For everyone else, the place to get the widest range of vape news the fastest is learn how to get around on twitter. It's new to me. I'm getting the hang of it. I like that most of the big shooters are there sharing what they...

    Are you done stocking up?

I feel lucky that I avoided the chef vape trap. 5 years ago, new to DIY, they were trying to scare us about questionable things in the flavoring. So I got an all-in-one flavor that sounded promising (Capella Capucinno) and tried for the minimum amount that covered the other ingredients which...

Vaping in public - post media blitz

I've always tried to be "discrete". Sort of signaling I'm just taking a puff, not trying to make a statement. That's good enough for most people. I've also found, if there is little or no visible vapor even if somebody notices it's not worth their while to make an issue of it. Part of the...

    Are you done stocking up?

I work with a local history museum where preservation is always considered. Most artifacts want to be in the open air where they can breath but minimize the breathing with controls on temperature and humidity.

"Nicotine-free e-cigarettes can damage blood vessels" - Univ. of Pennsylvania School of Medicine

I don't trust any studies unless and until Dr. F comments. If I hadn't switched to vaping I'd still be smoking or dead. Still vaping after 5 years. I reformed diet and exercise, normalized bio markers, reduced body fat to ideal range, added 10 lbs of muscle. Recently I walk 7 miles a day and...

    Shipping flavored ejuice

You don't say what state you are in. This feels like a made up question.

We have indian lands in Michigan. I'd be interested to know if they will try to fill the gap in the flavor ban.

I mix the same thing for two of us. Have 8 oz on hand. It should stay good for 4 years. Here's some new math I realized a couple days ago, why governments hate us so much. 5 years ago I spent $3000 a year on a carton a week. That has been replaced by 2400 mg per year of eliquid costing one...

    Are you done stocking up?

I vape about 200 ml per month, use 1ml per 100 so an ounce lasts a year. Subtle flavoring means no palate fatigue so only vape one flavor. I only smoked one brand of cigarettes. Isn't it about the same thing?

    Are you done stocking up?

I vape one flavor. I'm near the bottom of a 4 oz capella flavor after 3 years in it's original plastic bottle and it's fine. Capucino

    Are you done stocking up?

What ever the Feds announce tomorrow I would not expect it to take effect the next day. I would have thought that by now there would be a buyer's panic for nic but I have no evidence. May be the big juice companies are mixing less so more nic is available for the DIY market. Or may be they...

Nic Base Storage: Freezer vs. Room Temp Experiment

There are people hear who are vaping nic that's been in their freezer 8-10 years. A couple weeks ago I opened a 1 liter amber glass bottle that's been in my freezer since 2015. It came from MFS. It looks perfect and vapes as normal. (When I open a long term storage bottle for the first time...

    Are you done stocking up?

I read the article and, as usual, a number of things were conflated to create confusion. The photo in the article shows common vape gear but where does it say that stuff is prohibited in any sense. I've bought most hardware from FT and every shipment has arrived routinely. I'm not aware that...

    Deeming Regulations have been released!!!!

They talk nonesense. We know it. They know we no it and they don't care. I've seen this before. They are distracted by an agenda they aren't discussing. It's a safe bet there is something we didn't know we didn't know. Now I believe there's something we know we don't know and we should...

    Montana Enacts Flavor Ban

I'm in Michigan with a flavor ban. A careful reading of the rules tells me the rules apply ONLY to sellers. I can mail order from out of state so long as it's for personal use. Wise to read the actual rule to see how it aplies.
