    The company I work for is part of a Volunteer Protection Program with OSHA. So every few months OSHA comes in a audits us. It's so nerve racking to try to work when OSHA people sit and watch your every move, peering over your shoulder waiting for you to do something "wrong".

    The way these contacts are built, the spring is riveted to the contact plate. The rivet is the culprit. Somewhere in this design there is too much resistance.     I believe there may be a few DNA20 ManCaveMods that have the faulty contacts in them as well. If you haven't noticed any problems then you are ok.

    Im not sure when I started using this new spring. I think only a few mods in each of the last two to three batches may have these springs in them. Are you having problems hitting 30watts with your mod?

    The printer is setup in my office. The cold would definitely affect the prints, so it stays inside where its nice and warm.
