    Yeah fingerprints are no longer an issue, still shows any tiny scratches but not bad, like the satin look much better. Still trying to come up with a way to completely black it out though.

    300 grit wet/dry (did it dry) sandpaper and just rubbed it all in one direction. Taped off the carbon fiber plates and taped up the air holes and drip tip hole, took about 30 minutes

    Well the plati-dip was a complete and total failure, luckily it peeled right off. But did another sanding job and really like this look now. Hopefully you can see it in the pics.

    Awesome job Vapian. As for the batteries, me being an old Reo man myself a while back. I tried electrical tape, to tight, then scotch tape, tight but worked. Then once I saw DD's recommended method, a quick whack in the palm works best. Sent from my HTC Droid Incredible using Tapatalk 2
