It does happen. I think the most common cause for that is the slot/punch. Too many openings will cause it to flood the polyfill (?). Also, if you drive too deeply into the carto, you can puncture the tube in the middle, which will cause major leaking. Your best bet might be to start with...- Wil

Oh my! I'm definitely going to have to try that! I don't taste citrus vapes very well, which is why I don't offer any of them. Orange isn't as difficult as lemon or lime though. I LOVE the chocolate oranges available around Christmas. I always stock up to get me through the year!- Wil

I did... The wife had to work Friday, but after that we went to see my brother in Asheville, about 3 1/2 hours from here. Just home, so things are returning to their busy normal.
