    Red to positive, black to negative...although it might be a bit of a pain if the wall wart isn't labled... Since it does have a chip on it I'd strive to have the right polarity just incase.

    I'm not really sure what you're asking to be honest. You're splicing the wires on a usb connector? are you talking about making a dual plug? If you're using USB then chances are you're gonna get around 5 volts (regulated by the internal battery of most standard passthroughs to 3.7)...

    Normally I vape RY4 with beer. It's a little sweet but it still works fairly well. Other options are pretty much any tobacco flavor. As our local pirate puts it, spicy flavors do go well with beer too. I should also mention that RY4 mixes very well with screwdrivers. ^_^
