    I tried the dremel tool, well that did not work for me. Then the ol' hammer & nail trick, not bad does work ( my fingers) did not like it tho. then came the saddle valve this thing works real good for me (and my fingers thank me too)

    this what I do with most of my tanks, drill a small hole, & find a a plug you still might need a syringe but it is really easy to fill !
