Copying a design or part of it probably cannot be avoided, I'm afraid. :( But...selling it under the exact name? You can alway say: 'based on', 'inspired on' or whatever you want to name it... I have been wondering lately...isn't it possible to make a flashligt with a 510-connection? Or rebuild a RDA with a clearo-tank with some leds inside... No jokes...I don't know if I would risk it.
