    Your tank should of had one of these cards in it - about different HW Coils that go into your tank Here is a copy...seems you need the three hole HW3 I use the HW2 (two holes) Coils for the flavor hound in me and LOVE them so much I have been switching out all my tanks to Ello using HW2's.
