Welcome to the collective JollyRogers. I always have some juice in one of my tanks and never have a problem. Also try a 3.5ohm 901 at 6v you'll be impressed i was never one for 901's but love them at 6v on my GG's -

GGTS Cleaning
If you want to get it to a mirror finish then again id use a bench mounted polisher as the dremel will strike again, the problem is with it being such a small wheel getting a uniform pressure across the whole piece is nigh on impossible hence you create waves. From what i have read here its gone from a dodgy review to a full blown dig at Imeo. The bit about the warranty gets me Imeo bends over backwards to help people who have problems even if that happens 6/12/18 months down the line and all for a 10 euro return fee to me thats good service as most... -
