Nicks and Dings in my GG
Depend on how deep the dings are if they are too deep the only option would be to grind the metal down and re-polish it or fill the metal and re-coat/paint it buffing out is only suitable for very slight gouges or scuffs. -

Cleaning GGTS
on the external threads i use a little WD 40 and an old toothbrush which cleans them up a treat on th inside of the AVS i use a little pipe cleaning brush and a little soap and elbow grease. Works fine for me -

She needs the Button replacing ideally and there a little nick in the bottom cap but apart from a couple of little marks which i've nearly got out she's good, 480 i've had from new and only used for a day. I should have 483 by the end of the week beginning of next and will be placing an order... -

Clear AVS tanks
Im thinking maybe a little thicker acrylic that should solve the breakage issue unless someones seriously heavy handed. It may mean sacrificing a little volume but i should imagine that 4.5 to 5 ml could still be held maybe a little more. Thin acrylic will be brittle if made from a thin tube but... -

Im having an AVS 3 from Cam when i order my Nickle plated GG so hopfully by the end of next week but these clear tanks are a pain to source. Am i right in saying they are acrylic? Just... -
