    The wiring is different inside, as the 5v regulated is meant to regulate the batteries to give out 5v until the two battries die. I don't think you can change it to 3.7v with an 18650 battery. The 3.7/6v is meant to be interchangable.

    My USPS tracking yesterday said my package info from V4L was transmitted on Sunday...of course with the holiday weekend it shipped Tuesday, but USPS hadn't scanned or updated my package. It was in the mailbox today.

    I will have to disagree...What one thinks is "best", another may not. Mods, much like juices, are subject to taste. Folks would have to determine which features fit them best, such as connector type, size, whether it is juice-fed, the swtich, and the likes. What is best for one, may not be best...
