Penelope Flavor Issues
Did u try torching the wick till it glows before you wrap it? I do that for a second to remove the silica taste, but aside from that make sure ur connections are tight coz somehow if the connection +& - is not tight enough the penelope doest perform well, just try to play with your rebuilds and... -

Try to check your ohms and see if its fluctuating because sometimes the connection (+ & -) is not tight enough, coz the penelope is fully mech , try pinning the neg wire on this ring and try the one where you just leave it in the channel -

Make sure you remove the cloth like material they put on the coil, and make sure you torch the wick until it glows for a second, this is to remove any chemical on the wick -
