HA... no buttin in here, I appreciate any and all advice, I am so over this pain!! I've tried heat, ice, message, stretching, steroids, brace, wrap, NOTHING has helped, so any suggestion is welcomed!! ummm yep, all of the above. Dr put me on 2 rounds of steroids but either it wasn't strong enough or it didn't last long enough because by the time it started feeling a LITTLE better it was time to lower the does... ugh- Marvin & Sennie

I have tried all of them... it was bothering my left elbow so I switched to using my right hand, now it's bothering me too. I have a disclaimer though... I also carry around a heavy camera which aggravates it too.- Marvin & Sennie
