    I would have to agree with tlc. If you wanna try it out and not spend a ton of money a good kit would be a 510. Once you get a feel for vaping you'll know what to get next. Just keep researching the forums.

    Refilling cartridges

    I did the top off and many other methods my first month of vaping but then found cartos and dripping. Life seems so much easier with those two. I would suggest trying both of those is you find carts are to much of a hassle.

    I do sometimes but sometimes I just don't feel like random ppl coming up to me and asking 21 questions. Plus I live right by campus and the security sometimes give me a hassle when they see me smoking a PV.
