    Not the same exact label, but yes, that's the stuff. Works great. As long as the label says Glycerin and also has USP on it, you're fine. As far as the flavor decrease, that depends on how much you use. Some flavors will cut better then others.

    What to split up PG Juice with?

    Pharmacy section at Walmart sells Glycerin. Usually Humco brand. As long as the bottle says USP, it's fine. About $3. I use it and it works great. Remember, as you thin the juice to cut the nicotine, you also reduce the flavor, unless you are referring to unflavored nic juice.
