    Vamo Shopping Checklist

Not button tops, but this appears to be a good deal on Panasonic batteries that will work well in the Vamo: Amazon.com: 4pcs Panasonic CGR18650CH 3.6 Volt Li-ion shipping free 18650 Battery 2250 mAh: Everything Else Don't flat top 18650's work fine with the upgraded battery spring? If you...

Recommend a 510 or 306 atty for a newbie Reo Grand owner and cheapest place to get them?

My local dollar store sells them 2 for a buck.

What do I need to buy for a Reo Grand? I bought the Reo Grand but now what do I need to start vaping?

These are just suggestions. Previous recommendations on attys, batteries, and chargers are good, too. Charger (Make an offer for $20.00) Inexpensive battery (probably work ok, but better to buy AW if money isn't tight, buy 2 or 3, Use code WEREBACK for 15% off - good through the 18th of Feb.)...

    The VAMO battery thread

I use stacked Efest IMR 18350's with single coil 3.0 ohm cartomizers and vape at 8.0 watts almost exclusively. I sometimes bump it up a little, but never above 9.0 watts. After a few mLs, I start checking the combined voltage (pressing and holding the "minus" button) of my two batteries. When...

Old Rio-Mini just doesn't cut it any more.

ReosMods LLC started selling the VV Grand last year. It has a six ml bottle, uses two IMR 18350 batteries, and is adjustable from 3.3 to 5.5 volts. Genesis atomizers aren't for everyone.

The REO Lounge - Part II

The button top batteries work better, but the flat top batteries will work fine. You just have to push the button down a little further to fire your Reo Grand.

REO Family Photos & Storage Ideas III

If Pietro will fly to Texas, fix my truck for free, and help Dan Patrick clean up my yard, I could probably scrape together enough money to buy a backup VV Grand. World peace would be nice, if anyone can make that happen, too.

It was a great choice for a button. I like it very much. It's too bad they didn't prove to be as consistent and dependable in performance as your current button of choice. But yeah, I'll send it to you when I'm sure you've thought you were done with them. The button covers are for...

Vamo where to buy and everything I need with it

All day for me, but I'm usually vaping on one or two of my Reos throughout the day, too. I like to have two or three different flavors at the ready. I'd suggest at least two pairs of batteries. Three pairs in rotation would allow you to give them a little time to "rest" before and after...

    The VAMO battery thread

Try applying a little bit of noalox to your battery cap threads. It will lubricate them and slow down the accumulation of oxidation. You might be able to get the battery cap a bit more snug when using stacked 18350's. Everyone should use the battery option they're most comfortable with, but...

Vamo where to buy and everything I need with it

I couldn't say whether or not you NEED to do this, but it certainly wouldn't hurt. I used stacked 18350's and typically vape at 8.0, 8.5, or 9.0 watts with a 3.0 ohm Boge carto in a tank. It's not my main go-to PV, but I reach for it several times a day. I periodically check the voltage of my...

Vamo where to buy and everything I need with it

Think of stacked batteries like tires on your car. It's not advisable to buy one brand new tire and mount it on the front of your car. It's better to buy them in pairs or sets of four and rotate them every seven thousand miles. This will help insure they wear out evenly and increase their...

How to clean between 510 connector and juice well?

I use a precision flat head screw driver to stuff some wadding from a cotton ball into the gap. The rest of the cotton ball poofs out on top. Then I use the screw driver to swab it out, yank the cotton out, and I'm good.

    Another stupid question

From my casual observation, Chinese manufacturers are intensively competitive and don't hesitate to copy/pirate each other's designs. If there's such a thing as patent law in China, I don't think it's enforced vigorously, if at all. Joe at iVape.net is tremendously knowledgable about their...

Can you make me a shopping list?:)

    1. With my VV Grand, I use a rebuildable atomizer. I adjust the voltage up a bit when the flavor and vapor drop off due to gunk building up on the coil. I've also been known to adjust the voltage down when I have a sore throat. Different flavors like a little more or less voltage to taste...
