    The land was bought from a farmer and the company built homes on it, which is why we could get a USDA loan. We could of went traditional but this one had better rates and no money down.     I'm on the edge of Richmond so it's quite close. Maybe 5-10 minutes.. The big subdivision next to mine is partially in Sugarland. Closest 2 vape shops are a 15 minute drive. Moving about 15 minutes south so other then the subdivision I'll be moving in, it's the country.

    True but them being local should know in Just in Sugarland alone there's a crap load of really good shops. IF there pricing was better I bet a lot of local people would order from them. I gotta say in almost a year of being here, the shops that only had clones or DIY juice have really grown up...

    I would order from Gotvapes all the time if their pricing wasn't so high.. I can deal with having to pay taxes when shipping/receiving takes 1 day, but pricing is worse then brick and mortars imo
