IGO-L Rebuildable Stainless Steel Dripping Atomizer Anyone have one of these?

Normal. Chain vaping my AGA-T+ or ZAU or IGO-L... they all get very hot. Even more so when I run 28 AWG at low ohms. Keeps me warm in the winter. :) Never vaped in the summer... will have to adjust.

    Stainless Steel mesh, Oxide discussion.

Sounds like I'll put the wick hole insulator back in my ZAU. Hopping it doesn't melt. Can it melt?

    Stainless Steel mesh, Oxide discussion.

I don't know if I understand this well. But here's what I read: Latest test results: Then in another post, Boden mentions: "I will say that this stuff is so nasty the exposure limit in liquids is 0.02 parts per billion per liter." PPM being PPM... What I read from the test is that it is...

That's why I will eat apples even if the seeds contain minute amounts of cyanide. But I will not eat azalea bushes. All is relative.

S&S MODS Home of the DEFCON MINI RE-BUILDABLE ATTY

Before drilling a larger hole you could try this: some people will roll a dual thickness wick. Measure the length of the above part of the wick. Cut an L shape in your mesh, making the _ part the length of the above part. When you roll it, you'll end up with a wick of dual diameter. Insert the...

IGO-L Rebuildable Stainless Steel Dripping Atomizer Anyone have one of these?

I sometimes have to use a ring spacer (how are they called? Those things that come with a nut and a bolt?) in between the atty and the battery tube. A little bit of DIY works wonders.

IGO-L Rebuildable Stainless Steel Dripping Atomizer Anyone have one of these?

Mine did not come in a box if I remember correctly. But I emailed the vendor and he said it came from UD. So you're most certainly correct about being a V1 and V2 out there. Personally I prefer the un-tapered look. :) cals: I tried taking it all apart and removing the positive post. Short of...

IGO-L Rebuildable Stainless Steel Dripping Atomizer Anyone have one of these?

You Sir have a very good sense of observation. I feel dumb now! Back in this thread at around post #66 we started discussing the different version some people seemed to be getting. Like you just received. We never thought of looking at the top caps. They are different. I've got 3 identical to...

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

Horselady: I've made it work on my Z-Atty-U which is identical under the hood. See my post at #78. Let me know if I can be of assistance. Short answer: hell yeah!

How to make an unoxidized, hot spot free and cleanable coil

Thanks Petar! Was looking for a way to use non oxidized mesh because of the possible negative effects of torching the mess (hexavalent chromium (chromium VI)). I just tried a built on my ZAU. I did not oxidize the mesh at all. Not even a juice burn or a flame pass on it. Just plain and...

IGO-L Rebuildable Stainless Steel Dripping Atomizer Anyone have one of these?

Drip tips length and size of air hole make a huge difference to me. I think that's something often overlooked. I have a whole collection and depending on how I feel, what juice I'm vaping etc. I will switch. Vaping is fun! :)

Introducing the AGA - Hydra and the AGA - Tiamat Rebuildable Atomizer Tanks

Gotta like the larger air hole. I prefer airy so I made my AGA-T+ hole a tad larger using the corkscrew technique until it was perfect. Got the "old plus" versions (yes I bought 2 :) ). To me the glass is a non issue as I've wet sanded them (600 grit) to very nice super smooth. Using center...

Introducing THE World Premiere of the ALL NEW STAINLESS Steel SMOKtech Telescope!

Made a small ring cover out of a piece of bicycle handlebars. Looks good with a larger tank. I think. :) Oh and inserted a metal washer in the switch to make connection flat between the bottom screw and top one. Less wiggle when one presses the switch. Even if this thread seems dead... ;)

Introducing THE World Premiere of the ALL NEW STAINLESS Steel SMOKtech Telescope!

Semi old thread but... Just got mine in the mail today! Superb PV! Love it. Only thing was I found the bottom switch to have too much travel before firing. Open the switch assembly (very easy) and inserted a thin washer in there (take it apart, you should find where it needs to go). Now the...

Wow they are serious about their stuff. I would not mess with them either.
